Adds a lightweight local stub for e2b_code_interpreter to allow tests to run without the upstream package, a script scripts/create_test_parquet.py to generate a small gdpval/data/train-00000-of-00001.parquet fixture, and fixes DATA_PATH in eval/generate_meta_prompts.py to be repo-relative. This makes the test suite runnable in CI/dev without external dataset or package dependencies.
